This collaboration marked a pioneering venture for Lloyds Banking Group in partnership with Schroders Personal Wealth. Project9 contributed essential management resources to the main contractor, primarily in the form of project and site management expertise. Our team closely collaborated with the project team, assisting in the development and analysis of programs, contractor evaluations, and procurement processes.
During our engagement, we supported the main contractor in orchestrating the project and closely monitoring subcontractor performance. Given the logistical challenges posed by the tight confines of the building, significant attention was dedicated to optimising operations.
Despite these challenges, the project was successfully delivered on schedule and met rigorous quality standards.
This office represents Schroders Personal Wealth's inaugural establishment, providing a foundational space for their business expansion and innovation. Emphasising collaboration and idea generation, the office fosters a conducive working environment for staff, facilitating both professional growth and productivity.
