Project9 was instructed to refurbish Level 6 office space and fit out Level 7 at 20 Fenchurch Street, while operating within a live environment amidst the presence of employees. Level 7 represented a newly acquired space for the insurance company within the iconic Walkie Talkie building in the City of London.

This project entailed a high-end office fit-out tailored to the needs of a global marine insurance company. Our scope of work included the installation of specialised bespoke ceilings, feature lighting, and uniquely crafted floor coverings.

The result of our efforts was the creation of a sophisticated workspace tailored to the needs of employees. Various workplace amenities were incorporated, including quiet spaces, breakout areas, and prayer rooms.

Despite facing challenges such as tight program deadlines, noise restrictions, logistical complexities (including loading bay access), design alterations, and restricted working hours due to the live environment, we successfully delivered a high-quality project meeting the client's expectations.
